Before you order please understand the following;

– Postage on boots is always free, $11.00 will be required if an incorrect address is supplied and the item gets sent back or if the item is returned to us due to it being uncollected from the post office.We only supply free postage once. 

– Regarding returns, if the buyer needs to return the item due to ordering the wrong size or style this postage will be required to be paid by the buyer both for the item to be retuned and resent. We bring our customers out low Australia post rates so to return an item we request a payment of $16.95 to be made. please then email returns@tbwsafety.com.au and request a prepaid label to be emailed. Please know if your originally pair for your order by PayPal they refund this postage cost  

– If we have accidentally sent you the incorrect size or style then The Boot Warehouse will send out the correct order the same day at our expense, the new item will also include a prepaid and labeled bag and we kindly ask you to give the incorrect parcel to Australia post upon delivery of the correct item. 

– Regarding 30 day comfort guarantees, some Oliver, Blundstone and Steel Blue offer a 30 day comfort guarantee on most of their boots. If you wish to use this offer as you do not find the item comfy as promised then the customer can return the boots at their expense and then once the boots arrive back a refund will be made. Please know that you can not use this offer if you have ordered the incorrect size as you are not allowed to purchase from the same manufacturer.

– If your item has been lost by Australia Post and the tracking advice can prove it left our warehouse then we will need to arrange an investigation with Australia Post which can take up to one week. We need this week to ensure that Australia post is confirmed to not be able to locate the item which involves ascertaining with their representative was to where the item was last scanned. Please be advised that we cannot automatically send out another parcel as the original order is temporarily misplaced. If it is deemed lost then we will pay for the correction of the orders dispatch again. 

– If you are not sure on what size to order, we have kindly provided extensive information to help you make an accurate decision including size charts and measurements. You can also phone our warehouse for our professional opinion but know that The Boot Warehouse does not take responsibility if the suggested size does not fit. The return of the item is at the buyers cost.

– Understand your import / duty taxes. Please be aware that your Government may charge customs import duty and/or other taxes. It is the customers responsibility to know and understand whether these fees apply or not, prior to placing an order. The Boot Warehouse DOES NOT cover any customs duties or other government fees or charges. – UK and NZ Customers in particular, please note that your government applies both VAT and Customs Duties to imported items.
