Yes free shipping on all boot orders! Unfortunately we can't offer free postage on accessories but we keep it at the low cost of $7. If you add a pair of insoles or an accessory along with boots postage remains free. Our items are sent either by Australia Post or Couriers Please with signature on delivery. If we receive your order before 12pm Monday - Friday and your item is in stock and not a pre order listing your order will be shipped the same day. If you're not at home your parcel will be forwarded to your local post office and a card/e-mail or text message will let you know where to collect the parcel from.

Express shipping 

Need your boots fast? We offer our customers an option of Express post for the one fee of $10.00. This means delivery times are halved. Most suburbs across Australia do fall into Aus. post overnight delivery network, we never guarantee this. Our PRE ORDER Range allows us to continue to offer you, our customers, a greater variety of Work and Leisure boots.
PRE ORDER simple means that you make your selection like any regular purchase - But the date the order is posted is delayed op to 10 days. 

Delivery times

- Orders sent via $10.00 Express Post. Expected delivery time is over night to selected networks or up to 2 business days.
- Orders sent via Free Regular Post. Expected delivery time is 2-4 business days.

Order Tracking

All tracking numbers and updates will be sent via email everyday around 3:30pm. You will then receive an e-mail with an estimated date of arrival and also be kept up to date by text message. Feel free to call our customer service team on 0295246188if you need a copy of your tracking number.

Free Transit Cover

That's right, we protect your purchase until it reaches your door. If and in rare situations Australia post misplace your item, we will simply lodge a quick investigation with Australia post to try and find the parcel. Please allow one week for an investigation to finish. If your item has been lost we will simply send you a new pair the same day. If you need to contact Australia post please call 131118.

Change To Australia Post 'Signature On Delivery' Service

Please note that effective from April 2nd 2017 Australia Post will be making some changes to the Signature on Delivery service aimed at improving the customer delivery experience. The new system means that Australia Post will still have customers sign for a parcel whenever they’re home. However if they're not home and the delivery driver determines that there is a safe place for the parcel to be left on the premises, he will leave it there. A photograph will be taken by the driver of the parcel in its 'safe place' as proof that it was delivered safely. Those photographs will be made available to 'senders' and through them to customers as required. If there’s no safe place or if customers do not live in a standalone house, a card will be left as is normally the case now, – and the parcel taken to a nearby Post Office to await collection. The current eParcel option that requires a signature on delivery (unless the receiver chooses otherwise), will now default to Signature on Delivery with Authority to Leave. The Boot Warehouse offers full transit cover on your item. While it does not happen frequently, if your parcel is lost in transit, and is unable to be located by Australia Post we firstly need to lodge an investigation with Australia post so they can check with the last employees who handled your parcel, please know this can take around 4 days to receive an answer, If they are unable to provide us any information on the location of your parcel we will post another order to you ASAP, at no additional charge.
